LVD is a family-owned business managed by the second and third generations of the founding families, Lefebvre, Van Neste and Dewulf. History

Established in 1952, LVD gained recognition as a precision press brake manufacturer. Significant growth in the 1990s, which included the acquisition of Strippit, Inc. in 1998, a U.S. based manufacturer of turret punch press equipment, and the addition of laser cutting machines to the LVD product line, helped position us as a leader in laser cutting, punching and bending technology, and in the production of heavy-duty, custom press brakes and guillotine shears.
